After Razorpay says paid
The order marks paid, a license key is created, and the download row appears in your account. You do not wait for email to get the files — though we send a receipt.
If the page sits on processing, do not pay twice. Open /account/downloads or write to hello@vicantheme.com with the order id.
Re-download and devices
You may download again from the same account. The files are yours for that license. Do not share the ZIP in a Slack with the whole planet; that is redistribution.
Source re-uploads from authors replace the old product file. You should see a newer ZIP, not an archive of every version piled up.
Updates
When a theme updates, download again. Diff in git if you customized heavily. We do not patch your live server; we give you files. Kalmara updates will not merge themselves into your overrides.css.
Isolate custom CSS so an update is a conversation, not a weekend of archaeology.
If the ZIP is missing
Log in on the same email you used at checkout. Downloads are tied to the account, not the inbox. Google login and password accounts are different if you created both.
Support can see the order. We cannot invent a license that was never paid.
