Checkout on VicanTheme runs in USD via Razorpay. Card details do not sit on our servers. You will see dollars on the product page and dollars on the receipt. That is deliberate.
Your card issuer may convert from rupees, euros, pounds, or yen and may add a foreign-transaction fee. We do not control that line. Budget it the way you budget any dollar SaaS. If your client reimburses, show them the USD receipt and the conversion your bank posted. Do not expect the marketplace to print a second currency as if it were a spotless mid-market rate. Failed payments, processing states, and double charges
If the page sits on processing, do not pay twice. Open your account downloads or write to hello@vicantheme.com with the order id. International 3-D Secure and bank checks can lag. A second checkout often creates a second problem rather than a ZIP. Razorpay is the processor. We can see whether an order marked paid. We cannot invent a license from a decline that never cleared.
Use the same email you want the account to live on. Google login and password accounts are different if you created both. Downloads follow the account, not the inbox. Charter offices and estates with shared inboxes should pick one login and write it in the handover. Losing the email is annoying. Losing which identity paid is how ZIPs seem to vanish. They are usually behind the other door.
Budgeting themes beside the rest of a global launch
